My coaching style centers on fluid conversation and mindful insight, helping you or your team actualize patterns of success. The most effective solutions are based on insight from within. This is true for teams as well as individuals. Because we often know our challenges more intimately than anyone else, we are most suited to solving our own problems - and making sure the solutions are implemented sustainably. But seeing solutions that are frequently right in front of us, and within, can be a challenge. We need sounding boards, reflective “mirrors,” to help us see blind spots and reveal the key insights we often already have but are not fully aware of.

This is especially true given the busy schedules many of us maintain - there can seem to be “no time or space” for this kind of self-investigation and discovery to happen.
